Terms and Conditions
By purchasing our tickets, the participant have accepted our terms and conditions.
The participant acknowledges that he is fit and has no medical or physical condition permanent or temporary that would prevent him from being able to safely play on the rope course.
The participant needs to be in proper secured footwear and attire for the activity. Without proper footwear, participants are required to rent our shoes for the participation of our activities.
The participant understands that risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity at Houbii Spot rope course and the participant expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks voluntarily existing in these activities.
The participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Houbii Spot against all and any losses, claims, obligations, proceedings, damages, liabilities, whether jointly or severally, costs and expenses whatsoever paid, incurred and /or suffered by Houbii Spot, including but not limited to, any and all attorneys fees, costs, damages and/or judgements Houbii Spot incurs in the event that the participants cause any injury, damage and/or harm to Houbii Spot and/or any other persons and/or entities acting in any capacity on behalf of Houbii Spot.
The participant undertake to look after the Minors (Age 17 and below) and/or his/her own and/or the Minors’ belongings at Houbii Spot premises and release Houbii Spot from any liability for any loss of the Minors and/or loss or damage to the participant’s and/or the Minors property in the course of engaging in any Houbii Spot activities.
The participant grants Houbii Spot Singapore Pte Ltd the right to photograph and/or video record the participants and allowed to use the participant’s appearance in connection with social media and promotional materials. The participant would have acknowledged and agreed that the rights granted to this release are without compensation of any kind.
Houbii Spot Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to deny admission or to require a person already admitted to leave the premises without refund or compensation, for failure to comply with any of Houbii Spot Singapore Pte Ltd notices, directions, instructions or requests, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior, to ensure the safety, security or order at Houbii Spot Singapore Pte Ltd.
The participant agrees that this terms and conditions set forth by Houbii Spot Singpaore Pte Ltd shall be governed by the laws of Republic of Singapore and the State Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in any connection with this terms and conditions, save for any appeal court that has jurisdiction over State Courts of Singapore.
Cancellation Policy:
All sales are final. Houbii Spot Singapore Pte Ltd does not offer any refunds for pre-purchased session/s. Customers who havepre-purchased session are allowed to exchange their time slot for another, only if available. Houbii Spot Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to release the purchased time slot where the customer does not turn up for their designated session. The participant may join in the next available time slot. Tickets are valid only for the date and time shown.
Exchange and Refunds:
All sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds can be granted for any tickets purchased online and over the counter. You are responsible to check the confirmation accuracy and report any mistake to Houbii Spot Singapore Pte Ltd within 24 hours of booking for adjustment.
Houbii Spot Singapore Pte Ltd shall use its reasonable endeavors to ensure that your participation commences at the time booked, and it shall be the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they arrive in sufficient time. We highly recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your session starts for the formalities of the check in procedures, which include wearing of the safety harness, helmet and attending the compulsory safety briefing. Houbii Spot Singapore Pte Ltd will not bear responsibility for your late starting time should you miss the safety briefing session before your session start time. All sessions will be ended promptly with no extensions.
Privacy Policy:
Your privacy is important to us. We respect your individual privacy and treat your Personal Data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Please read through the following before providing us with any of your personal data. Your continued use of our website or any purchase of our tickets in any one of our stores or purchase of our Houbii membership constitutes your acknowledgement and understanding of, and agreement with, our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy.
Application
This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected, used, disclosed (including transferred out of Singapore), and otherwise processed (collectively, “processed”) by our website or any one of our stores be it online or in person. Such personal data will be processed in accordance with local data protection legislations, its associated regulations and subsidiary legislation, and guidelines issued by the local data protection regulator.

The types of personal data we collect from you include:

- mailing address(es);
- telephone number(s);
- email address(es);
- date, month and year of birth;

- nationality;

- whether you have kids and if so, their gender;

- answers you provide to security questions (e.g. mother’s maiden name, pet’s name);

- aggregated site statistics data;
- any other information you choose to provide to us, or that we may collect about you through your interactions with us offline or on our website.
We will indicate if the collection and provision of certain categories of personal data is mandatory. For any such categories, we may not be able to provide you with access to the certain features of our website or order any products if you do not provide us with the required information.
Your personal data is collected when you:
- subscribe to our newsletter;
- subscribe to be in our Houbii Spot Whatsapp broadcast list;
- register a user account with our website or if you participate in our loyalty program;
- register for the Houbii Spot Membership, through your use of the Houbii Spot membership online card or our services and/or your visit to our websites for the purposes of fulfilling, servicing and managing your membership in our Houbii Spot membership and rendering our services to you, which includes but not limited to allowing you unlimited access to our rope course over the course of your membership duration, and notifying you on benefits and privileges pertaining to Houbii Spot membership;
- provide your contact details when you are joining our waiting list / queue for entrance to our rope course;
- provide your contact details when you are getting a credit ticket (return ticket) due to wet weather or other situations;
- request services from us such as subscribing to our newsletter or mailing lists for post or phone updates;
- fill in any forms on our website or membership portal or IG/FB page;
- submit a CV, job application, or any comment, question or feedback to us, or contact or correspond with us in any way;
- make purchases of our tickets or services through our website;
- enter contests, promotions or surveys that we conduct from time to time; and
- are photographed or filmed through the use of cameras, mobile devices, closed-circuit television systems or other surveillance devices and systems at our premises.
Consent of Collection of Personal Data
(i) By providing your Personal Data through any of the abovementioned ways, you have agreed to the collection, use and disclosure of the Personal Data by Houbii Spot for any of the purposes listed herein.
(ii) When you provide Houbii Spot any Personal Data relating to a third party (such as information on your dependent, spouse, children and/or parents), you represent and warrant that you are authorised to do so and/or the consent of that third party has been obtained for the collection, use and disclosure of the Personal Data by us for any of the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy.
(iii) Houbii Spot and/or any party authorised by us may carry out photography and/or videography on the premises, including all ticketed and non-ticketed areas of the rope course. You hereby grant us and such party authorised by us permission to use your image or likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media for promotional, advertising, publicity or other purposes and in any format or media whatsoever. You further waive all rights whatsoever including copyright in these material which shall vest in Houbii Spot or any party authorised by Houbii Spot.
(iv) The identity data we store for the Houbii Spot membership portal are:
- Name
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Profile Photo
- Birthday detail (optional)
- Children’s name
- Children’s Birthday
- Frequency of your visit to zoo (optional)
- Area of residence (optional)
Your personal data will be used for the following purposes:
- To facilitate your access to our website or (if applicable) the creation of your user account with our website;
- To evaluate your website preferences and for the maintenance of the website;
- To evaluate and manage your online job application (if applicable);
- To send you updates via email, post or telephone where appropriate;
- To answer your queries, respond to your comments and feedback, or provide you with assistance in any other way;
- To enable you to participate in and to receive information regarding our loyalty / membership program (if applicable);
- To facilitate purchases of goods and services both offline and online.
- To identify the causes of problems arising at web servers and to resolve these problems;
- To improve the content of the website;
- To customize the content of the website and our emails to suit your individual interests or purposes and selectively display best-matched pages to you;

- Companies in the Houbii Pte Ltd group and Houbii brands in Jakarta;
- Companies involved in running our loyalty program (if you participate in the program);
- Professional service providers, such as marketing agencies, advertising partners websites hosts and 3rd party platform providers, who help us to run our business;
- Travel Agencies who are partnering with us for the sale of our tickets;
- Companies approved by you, such as social media sites.
We may also share information with government agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place.
In the event that our business is sold or integrated with another business, your details will be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchaser’s adviser and will be passed to the new owners of the business.
