Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, you do require a zoo admission ticket to reach our rope course. We have a separate ticket booth for purchase of our rope course tickets.

We are located inside the heart of the Singapore Zoo, next to Ah Meng Memorial which is between the Penguins exhibit and Kidz World.

We are right in between Tram station 1 and 4. If you are taking the Tram, please alight at Tram station 4 and walk down towards the Kidzworld. We will be a 2 minutes walk away from Kidz World, near the Ah Meng statue.

We have 2 type of rope courses.

One is the Mini course (for age 110cm and below) at $20 per ticket. One parent can accompany their child without admission ticket for the mini course. The small course is designed that allows parents to be on the same level as their child as they challenge themselves on the small rope course.

The real thing course (for 110cm and above) at $25 per ticket. Accompany parents (for their children joining in the Real Thing) can purchase a ticket to join their child at $13 per ticket. This 2 story high rope course is full of swinging obstacles which is a great challenge not just for children, but for adults as well. For first timers, we strongly recommend one adult to follow in with their child.

Adults joining in The Real Thing without accompany any child would be at $25 per ticket.

Yes of course!

We do not limit any age as long as you are healthy and capable of physical activities. We welcome climbers from all walks of life.

There is no time limit to your entry, you can stay as long as you like on the rope course. However, once you have exited the rope course and removed all your gears, your session is over.

We are open every day, including public holidays and school holidays from 10am onwards.

Our last entry is at 5.30pm and we usually advise our climbers to start no later than 5pm so that they can better make use of their time to experience the entire rope course. Our level 3 (top level) of our Real Thing will close at 5.40pm so for late entries to the rope course, we advise our climbers to start with Level 3 first. Both of our rope courses will close at 5.50pm. We kindly request for our guests to leave by 5.50pm as the Singapore Zoo close at 6pm and our crew would require the time to do our closing procedure. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Unfortunately, as our rope course activity is weather permitting, we do not take in any reservations in advance. The tickets sold will be on a first come first served basis. Thank you for your kind understanding.

For a climber’s first attempt, we strongly recommend to have one accompanying adult to follow in with the climber. As every climber is unique, our best advice is to have one adult to follow the climber in especially if the climber is age 12 and below. This is also a great way for the parent to bond with their child! Our parent ticket is at $13/head as we want to encourage parents to also participate with their child.

Should your child attempt the rope course alone for their first try, the climber need to bring their safety rope on their own around the rope course. It can pose as a challenge for some climbers around the rope course especially at the corners. Parents can supervise on the group to give them instructions if needed. Our friendly instructors will also be around to oversee the safety of all climbers but will not be able to provide a 1:1 supervision for the climber.
