Position: Operations Crew (Full Time)
On this team, we need an outdoor crew member with the following attitude, skills and competencies. The crew’s job is to make sure Houbii Spot customers have an amazing time while at our venue for Houbii Spot. Most importantly, they must be friendly and is able to interact with the customers.
Your key responsibilities:
- Site facilitation and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience on our rope course.
- Familiarize yourself with our pricing, discounts, and packages.
- Handle customer inquiries, both in-person and through digital channels.
- Perform cashiering duties and ensure accurate cash management.
- Member acquisition and hitting company’s targets.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed to prevent injuries.
- Assist customers by guiding them through the courses and maintaining a fun atmosphere.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning tasks in line with operational procedures.
- Handle event planning when necessary
- Assist in emergency procedures as required.
- Gather feedback from customers and provide actionable insights.
- Create and manage content for social media and digital platforms.
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze consumer consumption patterns to optimize services.
- Assist in managing inventory and equipment.
- Curate digital content for marketing and promotions.
- Membership upkeep of database and CRM
- Assist in digital marketing plans.
- Identify and report any recurring and potential problems to Manager
- Other duties as assigned by the management of needed by the business
Your profile and required qualifications:
- Education: We just need someone who loves kids and love outdoors!
- Fitness level: You probably need to be as agile as a monkey and are comfortable with outdoor activities.
- Work experience: From sports, hospitality, travel or entertainment industry will give you an advantage
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented.
- Proactive and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Having a basic first aid certificate is an added bonus.

Position: Data Analyst (Contract)
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where data analysis can provide valuable insights into day-to-day challenges.
- Collect, process, and analyze relevant data to uncover patterns, trends, and relationships that can inform business decisions.
- Design and develop clear, intuitive data visualizations to effectively communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Conduct recurring analyses as well as ad hoc investigations to support the business in addressing specific questions or issues.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey analytical findings.
